The Protomen - Breaking Out

Hope rides alone.

Here's one from my favorite band in existence, The Protomen. They have a very eclectic style ranging from Ennio Morricone western to punk trash opera, but here's one of their more 80s synth infused pieces. The lyrics, as always, are quite inspirational.

The Protomen - Breaking Out

The Protomen often do covers of legendary 80s songs, usually to great effect. Here's one I like for its thematic links to their original material.

The Protomen - No Easy Way Out

This piece comes from their first release, and it carries with it the rough sound and anti-establishment spirit prevalent throughout the first album. Awesome lyrics worth pondering, and intense energy.

The Protomen - The Will Of One

The last tune comes from an album entirely dedicated to recreating Queen's legendary, and immensely bombastic, stage presence and theatrical shows. Incredible experiment in style and musical workmanship, the results are superb and the vibe fits beautifully with the aesthetics of this site. Lovely.

The Protomen - Princes Of The Universe

CRUSADER OUT.
