More than a bit of a hint of Nightmare Before Christmas, dontcha think?

Ah, now this one is relevant to the times, what with Gotye releasing his infamous ''Somebody That I Used to Know'' and suddenly rising to stardom in the span of a month. Now that damn song is played everywhere, and most people have grown tired of hearing it, but the recent over-exposure has had the effect of overshadowing his earlier work. ''Heart's a Mess'' for example, first got me interested in what the Australian singer-producer was doing when it was first released way back in 2006. I thus present it here for your pleasure now, along with the striking video that accompanied it.
